Get an Online Consultation

In Consultation, Self Help by Katie Evans

How does an online consultation work?

Unfortunately to the Coronavirus outbreak, my 1 to 1 clinic sessions are temporarily on hold. However, to help those who are self-isolating, I am now offering online consultations if you are in pain or discomfort.
Just like a normal session, you would have in my clinic, we will discuss your pain or problem and any relevant past medical history.

Together we will identify your end goal that you want to get back to, then develop a treatment plan identifying the steps that we need to get there.
Then using video technology, I can look at your movement live online.

The virtual difference in exercise.

The only difference between the online and 1 to 1 consultation is instead of using hands on techniques like massage or release work, I do a lot more exercise-based treatment where I coach you through specific exercises to help you take the next steps on your treatment plan towards a full recovery.

I will give you the exact rehab exercises that you need to be doing in between sessions and arrange a follow-up call at the appropriate time to see the progress and progress the exercises and rehabilitation.

So ultimately without encroaching on social distancing barriers, I will be putting you on the path to a happier, healthier, and pain-free life.

A clinical approach to treatment.

Luckily my approach is very adaptable to online situations, and while the hands-on treatment definitely helps, it is a small part of my overall system and the exercises are far more important.

In these strange times, it’s important to keep moving and maintain as much exercise as possible. If you are struggling with movement, now could be the perfect time to start trying to free yourself from aches and pains.
